Our goal is to get as many computers to schools into schools as much as we can and as affordable as possible. Our campaign team therefore welcomes volunteers who are willing to give us a hand to make this happen.
DONORS & SPONSORS
SCHOOLS
Schools interested to be part of the Computer4schools Ghana campaign can contact the campaign office. In the past, many projects have been carried out to introduce ICT in Ghanaian schools, but not all of those were successful. In order to be eligible for our hardware donations, we expect schools to take part in a three year learning transformation program. Both schools and the local community are asked to financially contribute.
The program is tailor made for your local situation and will always be started by a quick scan. A Memorandum of Understanding will be signed with the main local stakeholders who are ready to actively support the program and ensure its long term sustainability.
For an example of a successful school program you can watch the extensive video of our Learning Transformation program at the Obugu District in the Ashanti Region HERE.
